WidCash is a short-video entertainment platform that allows users to watch videos and earn virtual coins as rewards. The coins can be accumulated and, upon meeting certain level thresholds, may be redeemed or withdrawn subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

3 User Accounts

To use certain features of WidCash, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4 User Responsibilities

When using WidCash, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to using bots, automated scripts, rapid scrolling, or creating multiple accounts to earn rewards dishonestly.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's functionality or security systems.
• Upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from WidCash.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

5 Earning and Withdrawing Coins

Coins are virtual currency earned through legitimate use of the WidCash app. Please note the following:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value until redeemed through the app's official withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal eligibility is subject to reaching specific level thresholds and may require identity verification.
• WidCash reserves the right to modify the reward structure, coin values, and withdrawal thresholds at any time without prior notice.
• Any coins earned through fraudulent or prohibited activities will be forfeited, and the associated account may be suspended or terminated.

6 Ad Integration

WidCash uses rewarded advertisements as part of its service. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must watch ads fully and genuinely to receive associated rewards.
• We do not encourage or condone forced or artificial ad clicks.
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertising networks and does not reflect the views or endorsements of WidCash.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with WidCash are the property of WidCash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Inactivity for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any accumulated coins may be forfeited.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

WidCash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WidCash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of WidCash after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
